When buying from NCG Reptiles you are in agreement with all the Terms.

All buyers must be 18 and older
Once an animal has been purchased and paid in Full. An email confirmation will be sent. Shipping arrangement must be made within 1-3 business days.
When shipping reptiles no live animal guaranties unless shipped to a FEDEX HUB.
Shipping is Monday-Wednesday
Shipping Fees is an additional charge.

Shipping Weather must be between 38F-85F
Safety is priority shipping will be delayed if weather is outside these parameters.

In a rare and unfortunate event of DOA. You have 1 hour to send pictures from shipment delivery time. Replacement or Store credit are the only options. NO REFUNDS

Geckos Tails and Sex are Not Guaranteed

No Payment plans , Refunds, Exchanges, or Holds ( No Exceptions) All purchases are Final

If exporting an animal all arrangements are made by the buyer. I will ship to an exporter located in the United States Only. No Guaranties on any exports. Buyer assume all the responsibly.
